We are pleased to have been awarded a place on the Countess of Chester Hospital framework – Commercial Procurement Services, Y015 Asset and Contract Lifecycle Management framework.

Services we offer under this framework include:

• Appointed to LOT 1: Provision of Asset and Contract Lifecycle Management Services for NHS Organisations.

• Appointed to LOT 2: Provision of Asset and Contract Lifecycle Management Service for Public Non-NHS Organisations. As the sole supplier appointed to this Lot, contracting authorities can award contracts directly without the need to run a further competition.

Accessing our services through this framework ensures your organisation is compliant with procurement regulations, accessing the framework is free and easy to use, and enables public sector organisations to procure without running a full tender process.

The Countess of Chester Commercial Procurement Services (CPS) was established in May 2014 as a centre of procurement expertise providing strategic and specialist procurement services and advice to other NHS trusts, wider public and private sector customers. CPS supports the NHS and wider public sector nationally predominantly through the letting of National Framework Agreements. These agreements give contracting authorities fast, legally compliant routes to purchase goods and services.

CPS has been an NHS England accredited framework host since 2024.
