Framework Scope
Emergency Response, Rescue Equipment and Associated Services Framework is for the supply of working at height equipment, constricted and confined spaces equipment, water rescue equipment, drones, thermal imaging cameras, cutting tools and equipment, medical response equipment, defibrillators and emergency Shelters.

Who can use this framework?
All public bodies will have access to this framework but may only do so with the agreement of the contracting authority. Those organisations who may wish to access this framework will be members, affiliates and associates of local government authorities, the police service, the fire service, the NHS and NHS trusts, housing associations, third sector organisations, academic centres (including Academies), free schools, publicly funded organisations and publicly owned private companies, operating within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. The framework will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. Full details of the classification of potential participating authorities and customer’s geographical areas and organisation classifications are detailed in the FTS Notice.

Working at Heights
This LOT is for the supply of emergency response, rescue equipment and associated services for working at heights. This includes the leasing of equipment if required and after sale servicing such as:
- Fall Arrest including Lanyards
- Harnesses
- Suspension seats and lifting accessories
- Ropes
- Descenders and ascenders connectors
- Pulleys and anchorage
- Ladders and platforms / Power access platforms
- Reach poles
- Ice grippers and crampons
- Stretchers
- Rescue triangles and slings
- Inflatable jump cushions and accessories
LOT 2
Restricted and Confined Spaces
This LOT is for the supply of emergency response, rescue equipment and associated services for working in restricted and confined spaces. This includes the leasing of equipment if required and after sale servicing such as:
- Breathing apparatus
- Tripods including fall arrest
- Gas monitor
- Ropes
- Harnesses
- Stretchers/backboards
- Pulleys and anchorage
- Lanyards
- Rescue poles
- Torches/ head torches
- Rescue winch
- Forcible entry tools -Entry aids for manholes/ tanks
LOT 3
Water Rescue
This LOT is for the supply emergency response, rescue equipment and associated services in water rescue. This includes the leasing of equipment if required and after sale servicing such as:
- Drysuits
- Life jackets
- Helmets, gloves, boots
- Reach and wading poles
- Inflatable rescue boats
- Inflatable rescue sleds and rafts
- Inflatable walkways
- Lighting/ torches
- Small tools (knives/escape hammers)
- Buoys/ flotation aids/ life rings
- Throw bags/ tools
- Fins/ masks/ snorkels
- Water rescue signal device
- Rescue bags/dry bags
LOT 4
Drones and Thermal Camera Imaging
This LOT is for the supply of drone and thermal camera imaging. This includes the leasing of equipment if required and after sale servicing such as:
- Multicopters
- Thermal devices
LOT 5
Cutting Equipment and Tools
This LOT is for the supply of emergency response, rescue equipment - cutting equipment and tools. This includes the leasing of equipment if required and after sale servicing such as:
- Heavy duty cutters
- Spreaders
- Combination tools
- Lifting bags
- Forcible entry tools
LOT 6
Medical Response Equipment including Defibrillators
This LOT is for the supply of medical response equipment. This includes the leasing of equipment if required and after sale servicing such as:
- Defibrillators
- Heat retaining/ thermal blanket
- Torches
- First aid kit
- Resuscitators
- Evacuation chairs/ drag mat

Emergency Shelters
This LOT is for the supply of emergency shelters. This would include the leasing of equipment if required such as:

How to access the framework
All public bodies have access to this agreement but may only do so with the agreement of the contracting authority. Those organisations who may wish to access this agreement will be members, affiliates and associates local government authorities, the police service, the fire service, the NHS & NHS Trusts, housing association third sector organisations, academic centres (including Academies and free schools), publicly funded organisations and publicly owned private companies, operating within the geographic boundaries of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
