Framework Scope

This Framework Agreement allows for the procurement of a full range of CCTV, Access Control and Security Services and is split into 3 LOTS.

This LOT is for the supply of a Total Security Solution that includes but is not limited to all elements of LOT 1; CCTV, Security and Access Solutions, and LOT 2; Security Services, therefore all suppliers awarded on LOT 3 can provide any services required across all LOTs.

How to access the framework

The Framework Agreement allows for Customers to place their Orders via Further Competition and Direct Award.

DIRECT AWARD

Direct award orders may be placed under this framework provided the customer can meet any one of the following objective conditions:

  • The supplier is able to supply the required goods/services within the customers timescales
  • The supplier scored the highest mark for price/quality in the framework agreement evaluation
  • Goods/services required are unique/exclusive to one supplier
  • Continuity of existing goods/services from an awarded supplier
  • ·    Customers own procurement policy value threshold

FURTHER COMPETITION

Customers can re-open competition with all capable suppliers awarded to the framework by sending out a specification containing full details of requirements, and allowing them  a reasonable time limit to submit a response.
