Framework Scope

The Framework Agreement will consist of a one stop shop for complete asbestos solutions including asbestos management and removal to cover a wide range of requirements, including but not be limited to, the following Services: 

  • Air monitoring
  • Asbestos management plan reviews
  • Consultancy and management
  • Demolition and dismantling
  • Encapsulation
  • Reinspection – condition monitoring
  • Reinstatement
  • Remediation / Removal
  • Sampling
  • Surveying
  • Testing and analysis

How to access the framework

The Framework Agreement allows for Customers to place their Orders via Further Competition and Direct Award. 

 DIRECT AWARD

Direct award orders may be placed under this framework provided the customer can meet any one of the following objective conditions:

  • Customer is satisfied that, following their own due diligence, they can identify the Supplier that offers best value for their requirement  
  • The Supplier is able to supply the required Services within the Customers timescales  
  • The Supplier achieved the highest total score during the evaluation process   
  • Services required are unique/exclusive to one Vendor/Supplier  
  • Continuity of existing Services from an awarded Supplier  

FURTHER COMPETITION

Customers can re-open competition with all capable suppliers awarded to the framework by sending out a specification containing full details of requirements and allowing them a reasonable time limit to submit a response.
