Annual Employee Briefing
Our First ever annual Employee Briefing took place on the 23rd February 2022

As part of KCS Group, we had our first ever annual Employee Briefing on the 23rd of February 2022. Everyone across KCS Procurement Services and KCS Education was invited to celebrate an incredible year of change and progress, with Andy Wilson (MD) and our business leaders, presenting the next stage of our exciting plans for growth.
This session was a great chance for everyone to get together and feel a part of the journey as we continue to refresh, revitalise and refocus on our customers. We heard questions and thoughts from across the teams, with everyone given the opportunity to delve into the detail of the day.
The event finished with some awards around the business and from KCS Procurement Services we had two winners:
Team of the Year Award
This went to our amazing frameworks team who work tirelessly to ensure our frameworks are running smoothly and meeting the needs of the public sector.
Senior Leadership Team Achievement Award
This went to Carly Smithson who manages our VMS (Vehicle Managed Service) offering and REVS (Realising Electric Vehicle) scheme, working directly with Kent County Council on both.
