Our Bake Sale raised £144.12!

On Wednesday the 16^th of July, we had a bake sale during our collaboration day to help raise money for The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary.

People across all different teams donated money towards the cause and brought in baked goodies, see some of them below:

Dropping off the donations

We raised a total of £144.12 from the bake sale, which we then put onto Amazon gift vouchers as they had a wish list on Amazon of all sorts of toys and resources that they need!

Victoria from our Lifecycle team kindly dropped these off to them at their site in Stadhampton and was given a tour of the sanctuary.

About the sanctuary

The Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary admits and rehomes around 500 animals every year, and since opening in 1967 have managed to help over 30,000 animals find their forever home!

Many of their animals come from difficult backgrounds, with a range of behavioural and medical needs. They deal with each case individually by earning their trust, understanding their needs, and always putting the animals first. Their dedicated team works hard to give each animal a safe space, veterinary treatment, and if possible – a loving forever home.
